What are the embedded particles?
What is the deposit?
What are the streaks?

What are the defects?

The Intertek MSG Microscopy team will own your contamination problem, allowing you to concentrate on the stressful on site issues generally associated with such situations, while we solve your problem.
It is our job to rapidly detect and isolate the problem components and then quickly determine the correct method of analysis to ensure the contamination is identified as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We understand that response time is vitally important and that in many cases time is money and rapid resolution of contamination problems can have significant impact on you, our customer, from saving potentially lost business to help you demonstrate high levels of customer service and build customer confidence.
Contamination problems can take many different forms, too numerous to list here. Quite often a customer with a major contamination problem may not know where to turn to for help and think that their problem is unique.
The Intertek MSG Microscopy Team has probably seen the vast majority of contamination issues before, it will be just another job to us. Our highly skilled experienced team are used to working under pressure and will quickly form a close working relationship with you and do everything required to ensure we solve your problem as quickly as possible to allow your business to get back up and running as soon as possible.
The backbone of our problem solving experience lies in polymer based products and process with over 200+ man years experience in the MSG Microscopy team alone.
However, in general terms, if the contamination can be presented to the instrumentation, and this often requires significant skill and experience, then the same analytical “forensic” methodology can be applied to solve any problem you present to the team.
Our help does not generally stop once we have identified your contamination. We will continue to offer advice on things such as potential contaminant sources, improvement plans, plant audits, new ideas from a different set of “eyes”, etc.
Our job is to help you eliminate any contamination problems you encounter. Our hope is that we form a long term relationship such that if a new problem appears in future it is the MSG Microscopy team that you turn to for help.
